This file contains various labels to use for word works supply containers. You can use these on smaller containers for individual students or enlarge them to use on larger containers for a class set.
During Daily 5/Centers, my kids have a choice as to which supplies they want to use during word work time. I have had to organize my word works table (a bookcase with a melamine shelf screwed to the top as a countertop) to make things accessible to the kids, but easy for them to organize and put away.
I found these awesome Really Useful Boxes at Staples (website http://www.reallyusefulproducts.co.uk/usa/) that come with locking handles and stackable caddies. Here are the labels I am using to put on the lids of the containers. I attach them to the inside of the lid with packing tape and so far they are holding up pretty well and my first graders are great at putting them away. I hope you find them as useful as I do! Check back as I add more. :) The products I have used in clip art from Really Good Stuff, Crayola, and Lakeshore Learning were chosen because they are products that I really use and I highly recommend them!
