FREE Spelling CVC Words BOOM Cards™ - Short o - Build A Superhero Game Do you have students in your class working on spelling CVC words? Need a fun, interactive, fresh game to target early spelling and phonics skills? Working on articulation of CVC words?

17 CVC words with short o!! (e.g. mom, mop, hot, dog)

This No Prep! No Print! Spelling Game is designed similar to the classic game of Hangman. Students will see a picture, listen to the word, and drag & drop letters to spell the answer. If the student is having trouble determining the target word, he/she may click on the "I Need Help" button to practice spelling the target word.

The Build-A-Superhero component comes into play when a student guesses letters that are not included in the target word. Place these letters in the red box. When a student guesses an incorrect letter, he/she will Build-A-Superhero by placing the items on the hanger. Drag the various clothing items to dress the superhero as you play. (similar to Hangman)
