Use this worksheet to provide a quick review of identifying and correcting run-on sentences. Students first decide if a sentence is a run-on or not. Then, they correct the run-on sentences by breaking it into two sentences, changing it to a compound sentence, or changing it to a complex sentence. Both compound and complex conjunctions are included to help students.
You could also use this as a pre- or post-assessment to check students' understanding of run-on sentences.
