French Accent-Change Verb Form Writing Activity (e-è, é-è)
Your students will be leveling up to intermediate and writing sentences with accurate verb forms in no time with these verb form and sentence writing activities.
Print out pages 4 & 5 of each document. Students need both pages to complete the entire activity. You can photocopy double sided on one sheet of paper.
Students begin by filling in the verb form for numbers 1-12 in the box on the top of the page.
They then find the subject/infinitive/verb form together in the grid circle the three boxes. This works like a word search. Answers are vertical or horizontal, not diagonal.
Finally, students write a sentence with the subject pronoun and verb form. The form of the verb will be accurate and they will demonstrate their understanding of verb through their sentence.
These activities are completely in French and the students do not revert to using their native language. Effective for classwork, homework or assignments left for a substitute teacher.
Answers are on page 6 of each document.
Verbs in the activity: acheter, amener, emmener, se promener, enlever, lever, préférer, espérer, célébrer, posséder, protéger, gérer
