This is a 5x5 Bingo card with a yes/no question per square - the middle square is free. You may use this to give students practice asking yes/no questions of their classmates. I use this to have students practice asking questions and require them to get up and walk around the room.
The idea of yes/no questions is to find people to answer Yes to the questions. If a classmate answers Yes, he signs his name. If he answers no, the student must continue asking same question until he finds a Yes answer.
You have the option to require them to get the entire template filled, or to require just one or two rows. I usually require students to complete two rows in order to win the game. I sometimes require all squares to be filled in.
This product is also part of a package of 5 Interview Bingo cards for a reduced price.
I can save it to Numbers for Macbook on request.
