This is a "cheat sheet" that I created as a reference/practice for my intermediate-level students (French 4).
It walks students through the two steps of conjugating a verb in the PQP--1. THE HELPING VERB 2. THE PAST PARTICIPLE. I make several "remember" sidebars (like "do you remember how to conjugate avoir and être in the impafait") and several "important" sidebars (like "PQP follows all the rules of the PC").
I provide practice simply conjugating verbs in the PQP (including VANDERTRAMPS and reflexive verbs) and translating sentences in the PQP. Then I offer an explanation on context--how you can't use PQP without some context in the Passé Composé and then I have students "finish" the sentences they started in the previous exercise.
This makes an excellent reference sheet for students to keep in their binders.
