Use this score card to hold students accountable for their work in Quizlet during class. My students are required to show improvement on their score cards. After every assignment time, I go in and draw a line underneath each of their last rounds so I can know from class to class, how much progress / work they have completed. I find that some students either don't realize they are actually learning when using online "games" or they don't actually do the work because they don't take an online assignment seriously. This helps them see their actual improvement in learning and keeps them focused on the task because it holds them accountable for their work. Let me add that I teach elementary school students, so they may not have their own Quizlet account which means that each time they leave class, their score is erased by the next student. This may not be an issue for older students with a personal Quizlet account, but I can still collect the score card at the end of class to make sure students are working and improving.
Another thing, the small circle at the top of each column, I sometimes use to set a goal for the students...for example, for speller, I may set the goal at 10 out of 15 words fully learned.
I charge 1.75 because TPT takes .45 commission and .30 transaction fee...so I'd like to make at least 1.00 for each copy. Thank you.
