Included in this file are 30 task/ scoot game cards using all pronouns and a variety of regular -er, ir, and -re verbs.
When I used these, I cut the paper cards out, laminated the cards, then cut out the laminated cards.
I used these in two ways:
Task cards: I have pockets all over my classroom. I place a card in each pocket. Students travel around the room with their answer sheet and place the answers in the correct space. I have used this with both middle school and high school students, and both groups enjoyed the movement required to complete the tasks.
Scoot game: Students are given an answer sheet. A card is placed on each desk. I give the students a certain amount of time to write their answer on their answer sheet, then the students move to the next desk. Make sure you set a pattern for movement around the room! My high school students did this as a review and needed no more than 30 seconds for each card.
