Description
French Review Game for Any Topic, Powerpoint
This powerpoint can be used with any vocabulary or grammar topic. The teacher asks questions orally and the teams choose a number to reveal what their points will be.
Set Up and Play:
--Divide the class into teams of 3-4.
--Ask each team a question pertaining to the topic of the game (teacher’s choice-vocabulary, verb forms, story elements, etc.)
--If the team answers correctly, they choose a square and say the number. The teacher clicks on the number.
--This will reveal 1, 2 or 3 points, a ZUT (which takes points from the team), or slides directing teams to take a point from another team or to give points to another team. These slides all have a "home" icon to bring you back to the main screen.
--Upon return to the number board the numbers chosen will change color to show that they are no longer available.
--The team with the most points once all numbers have been chosen wins the game.
--There are three boards that can be used (slides 1, 10 and 15) so that the activity can be used multiple times and students don’t try to remember what was behind each number.
