I used this mini-project when I taught middle school, and the kids enjoyed it! It was a simple way to practice numbers, school supplies and adjective agreement with colors.
I let kids go out in the hall to draw their lockers while sitting in front of them, which they loved because it got them out of the classroom, but since many kids have cellphones or iPads now, a new variation would be to have them take a picture of the inside of their locker and bring it back to class to draw.
I put these up in the hallway, and it was a good way for other students to see what we're doing in French AND be able to read it because it's such simple vocabulary.
This is a Word doc, so you can change things up to fit how you'd like to present it, what you'd like to include, and how you'd like the grading to be structured.
