PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This product entirely in French from Chez Nathalie is a writing program for the school year. It contains 9 original writing activities related to monthly themes as well as an extra activity for Easter! For detailed descriptions of the activities, consult my store or the links below. Each activity sells for $4. You save 15 $ when you buy them as a package!

The students create a writing portfolio and study a different writing genre each month as well as a grammar concept:

février {Saint-Valentin} – lettre informelle + futur simple (21 pages)

Then, they complete pre-writing activities and write a rough copy. The teacher makes comments about the content of the rough copy and writes symbols under errors, such as “v”, the symbol for verb errors. The students correct their mistakes and improve the quality of their writing in the good copy.

The writing portfolio is popular with both students and parents. Students learn from their mistakes and notice improvements in their writing over the course of the school year. Parents can clearly see the difference between rough copies and good copies and learn what their child needs to work on.
