This handout can be used as a review tool or as an extension handout for differentiated learning. The activity has listed cultural, grammatical, and vocabulary-related aspects embedded into each sentence for translation. There is also a free-response section where the teacher is welcome to put pictures of vocabulary on the board for students to name or create a sentence about. This could be a used as a pre-test as well, seeing where students have knowledge about food and drinks, table settings, quantity expressions, server/customer expressions in a restaurant, etc. MadameJeFaisTout has used this handout in a variety of ways, depending on the year and the student set.
