This Google Slideshow presents students the vocabulary, expressions, and cultural knowledge of going to a restaurant or cafe in France.
Images pop up as animations to illustrate vocabulary. The teacher will discuss certain cultural points - for example a brasserie v. bistro or various French beverages such as Orangina. There is a review of numbers with prices to show students how prices look with euros.
The presentation is organized in steps: Deciding the restaurant, talking to the hostess, looking at the menu, ordering, etc.
