Product Description
Are you students working on the difference between faire and jouer? If you need a fun way to practice, look no further! Your kids will LOVE Scoot! This game is great for any age, because even teenagers who sit still all day long in class want and need to move around.

Here is how it works:
Give each student an answer sheet.
On each desk, place (or tape) one question.
Give students a certain amount of time to answer each question. (I like to give them 30 seconds).
When time is up, announce "Scoot!". In my class, I say "Filez!"
Students move in the direction indicated and do the following question.
Proceed until all questions have been answered.
Correct as a class.

This resource includes:
36 printable question cards with faire and jouer vocabulary questions covering:
* conjugations of faire and jouer
* which verb to use based on context
* jouer à + jouer de

Also includes:
vocabulary page - great if you want to use this to base your study on these words, or great as a refresher for students
printable verb charts for faire and jouer
2 different Scoot student answer sheets (lined and boxed)

This is for true beginners. There are a few questions written in easily recognizable French, but the questions are primarily in English.

Vocabulary includes basic jouer sports (basket, hockey, football, football américain, tennis, etc.) and basic jouer music (de la batterie, de la guitare, du violon, du piano).
Faire vocabulary is mostly sports related (du vélo, du surf des neiges, du ski, de l'athlétisme, etc.) but there are a few common and easy cognates (du shopping, de la photo).
