Product Description
In this Friction Lab Activity students will follow the procedures of the lab, complete various trials and answer conclusion questions in order to better learn about the force of friction. This lab contains four parts and each part has its own conclusion section to allow for student analysis. Students will slide blocks and weights in order to measure various degrees of the friction force.

Having or borrowing a spring balance for the lab is pretty crucial

Lab materials needed (some of these can be substituted for your own items)
• 1 rectangular wooden block (5N)
• 3 500g masses (5N)
• 1 20N spring balance
• Sandpaper (1 large and 1 small pieces, same grit)

I use this product with my middle school science classes but it can be edited to suit many students needs.
