Product Description
This product is designed to teach students about friendship and how their actions may cause them to either make a friend for lose a friend. This unit includes the following:

1. A picture sort for use in a pocket chart or to make an anchor chart.
(Ways to lose a friend and ways to make a friend picture cards)

2. Follow up sheets - Five different ways for students to show what they know. Pick and chose the best activity for your class.

3. Friendship bracelet and/or necklace for students to make to bring home. Both contain the phrase "I can be a friend" and "Ask me how". This would be a good conversation starter for students to talk to their parents about what it means to be a good friend.

I find sometimes in the classroom there can be issues with students leaving out others, tattling on each other and saying mean things to name a few. I decided to create this product to help students realize that these actions can lead to them losing a friend. If you are faced with the same issue in your room, you should give it a try!
