This elementary school counseling classroom guidance lesson introduces students to a simple acronym that reminds them how to be great PALS! After reviewing a brief PowerPoint, students play a movement-based game to promote understanding of within-group similarities and promote acceptance among peers. Afterward, students participate in a kindness spreading activity.
Includes lesson plan (objectives, outline/script, materials list, ASCA standards alignment), ready-to-show PowerPoint presentations, numbered pineapples for kindness activity (color and black/white), printable for student reminder booklet, lift-a-flap printable, and objectives assessment checklist.
