Product Description
This printable activity uses a 2016 article about an eight-year-old-boy who invents a new word. It asks both text-dependent questions and comparing/contrasting questions about the article and the book "Frindle," by Andrew Clements. It is intended to be used as part of a literature study of the novel. The ten questions are all short answer/essay, and run a range of complexity according to Bloom's taxonomy.

This printable uses the BBC article "How an eight-year-old boy invented a new word," found here: http://www.bbc.com/news/blogs-trending-35653871. I do not claim ownership of this article and am not seeking compensation for its reproduction. I have included the free access article in the printable for the sake of convenience, but am only selling the accompanying questions.
