Frog Number Match

Frog Number Match
Product Description
Help the frog find its lily pad on the North, South, East or West side of the pond! Roll the dice and move a frog to the matching number. Take turns with a partner and see who is able to fill their lily pads first!

Your students will need a ten sided dice to play the game! Otherwise, all materials are provided.

Directions:
1. Whole Group:
Match number name to written numeral together using cards provided. This will create an anchor chart to provide students support.
2. Explain the matches will help them play the game.
3. Assign students partners
4. Pass out lily pad mats, frogs and dice to partners
5. Partners take turns rolling the dice. When the dice is rolled students place a frog on the matching number on the mat.
6. The first partner to get all their lily pads full is the winner!

** If a student rolls the dice and their lily pad already has a frog on it, there turn is over and they pass the dice to their partner.
