Frogs and Amphibians Kit

Lesson Intentions: This kit will provide your child/student hand-on activities to understand and learn about the parts of a frog and what amphibian means. This kit will help build your child’s/student’s vocabulary awareness and visual discrimination.

Kit Includes: Illustrated lesson plan with four different activities (8 pages including worksheets);

Recommended Materials to accompany lesson:Tadpole to Frog, Animals Grow Up,” story book and Optional purchase: sequence objects (can be purchased on my website at abc-crate.com)

Included in the kit (you will need to print and laminate. Mat on card stock if you wish): five-part frog matching cards; frog sequence picture cards (eggs, young tadpole, tadpole with developed hind legs, tadpoles with all legs, and adult frog); full size frog picture; “parts of a frog” worksheets (color and black and white to color, you are allowed to make extra copies of these); “parts of a frog” mini color sheets (for your child/student to make their own “parts of” booklets); frog color page; and an animal report template.
