Description

From Seed to Plant Activities Beyond the Text Print and Digital

Looking to incorporate your plants and plant life cycle science curriculum and reading together? This Beyond the Text: Seed to Plant unit is the perfect addition to your plant life cycle unit or spring activities unit!

This 5-day unit is designed around the book, "From Seed to Plant” written by Gail Gibbons. It is designed to be used as a part of a repeated reading routine, each day building on the previous day’s reading and at the end, students work to respond and create based on the text. Although it was designed this way, the unit does not have to be used this way in your classroom.

Perfect for building a better understanding of plant life cycles!
