This is a great family and consumer science (FACS) recipe for a beginning cook. I use this recipe in 6th grade. Directions are written so they are easy to follow for a beginning cook. The recipe includes the directions, yield, nutrition facts, cooking tips, and a line for students to write who is responsible for each cooking step.
I've revised and revised this recipe and I finally figured out how to make this recipe fairly fail proof. Students love this recipe!
