Help your students learn vocabulary words for different kinds of fruit in Spanish! This unit has lesson plans, vocabulary posters, small matching cards, worksheets, and a little mini-books to read and color.
You get 14 full page, full color vocabulary cards that show each of the Spanish vocabulary words with a picture. There are four sets of smaller cards: the Spanish word with the picture, the Spanish word without the picture, the English word, and just the pictures without words.
Your students will learn: las frutas/the fruits, la manzana/the apple, la banana//the banana, la piña/the pineapple, la pera/the pear, la naranja/the orange, la sandía/the watermelon, el mangó/the mango, las fresas/the strawberries, las uvas/the grapes, las cerezas/the cherries, la ciruela/the plum, el durazno/the peach, and el limón/the lemon. Your students will also learn dulce/sweet, agrio/sour, megusa/I like it, and no me gusta/I don't like it. This unit also includes a bonus lesson about float and sink/ flota y se hunde using the fruits.
There are five worksheets to practice the introduced vocabulary.
There is also a mini-book to practice using the target vocabulary with sentences starting "¿Te gusta la ...?", "Sí, me gusta la ..." and "No me gusta ..."
