I developed a way to track my students progress on Fry fluency phrases. I am using this as a part of my RTI interventions for struggling readers in 3rd grade, so the goals I set on the first page of the PDF have been set with that in mind. I set up folders that can be used with tutors who frequent my room. In each folder is a tracking sheet and a list of the Fry phrases, which can be found on this site:
I have found that my students are much more motivated to improve their scores when they set a goal and can see their weekly progress.
The second page of the PDF has blanks so that you can differentiate the goals depending on your grade level or your student population.
