Progress is exciting and I believe that it is so important for our students to see their growth and feel the excitement of their accomplishments!
I created these sight word progress graphs so that my students could see their sight word growth. I keep one for each student in my data binder and let the students color the number of words they read correctly each time I assess their words.
These charts are also great for data, conferences, and meetings.
This packet includes graphs for all 1,000 Fry Sight Words and there is a separate chart for each of the following word lists: 1st 50 (option for Kindergarten), 1st 100, 2nd 100, 3rd 100, 4th 100, 5th 100, 6th 100, 7th 100, 8th 100, 9th 100, and 10th 100. Having a chart for each list allows for differentiation across the grades.
Every list, with the exception of the 1st 50 Words list (given as an option for kindergarten) has 2 numbers per box. I did this for 2 reasons-so that students could find their number and color in the graph on their own. Also, so that the graph for each list could fit on one page.
*Please note that this product contains graphs only and does not included the sight word lists, cards, or checklist for assessment. These graphs were created to be a supplement with the assessment system you already are using with your Fry Sight Words.
These graphs also are available for the Dolch Sight Words Lists
