Learning about Banksy and street art?
Here are 2 activities for students to work on independently. Engage and captivate your students with these amazing art activities that are sure to have all students excited about participating in art.

In both activities students are encouraged to;
- think creatively and use their imagination
- work independently
- develop line, shape and shading
- encourage use of warm and cool colours

Activity 1:
Students create their own cartoon secret identity, using simple shapes, and colours, inspired by the simple characters of South Park.

Activity 2:
Students work to develop their own person 'Tag' drawing inspiration from computer generated fonts and observing real life graffiti.

Both these activities allow for integration with ICT, allowing students to learn how technology enhances our ability to create.

Pack includes instructions for self guided activities students can work on in groups or independently.
