This skit offers the students a variety of choices, with 22 roles! The two hosts do most of the talking, while the judges do their communicating with non-verbal actions. The partners who team up for the countries, which, by the way, can be altered according to preference, have an opportunity to create and choreograph their handshakes while adding shout-outs to their country, ala singing of phrases, etc.
For all of my skits, I make suggestions for Artwork, Sound Effects, Costumes, and Creative Research and Presentation Ideas! ELA Standards can be creatively met as students report on topics, create multimedia and visual displays, and even create audio recordings!
