My students love this puzzle activity! The PDF has 3 pages, one with a page broken into "puzzle pieces" each with a math question on them, a puzzle picture, and the answer key. Print the first two pages of this PDF two-sided, so that one side has the puzzle pieces with the math problems, and the other side has the picture. The way I do this is I put students into different groups, and start each group with puzzle piece #1. In order to get the next puzzle piece, the group needs to show you the correct answer. I make sure to tell all my students beforehand that EVERYONE in the group needs to have the correct answer. As students complete each question, they will get more puzzle pieces. Whichever group finishes first wins!
