Use these 300+ words, blends, word endings, word families and alphabets to form new words, practice spelling and create sentences.
To insure durability, these pages were printed on multi-color card stock paper. I created each card to fit the individual words. As a result, cut-outs can be aligned to form a complete/new word.
Keep in mind that the words are not featured in alphabetical order. In order to maximize page space, multiple words were rearranged. I recommend utilizing the "CTRL + F" feature in the pdf to search for specific words if necessary.
It' may also be a good idea to print as needed vs. printing this entire bundle at once. If possible, have student and/or parent helpers assist you with cutting out some of the words.

A few game ideas:
CVC Matching - have students turn X amount of cards face down. Turn 2 cards over at a time. If the cards rhyme, keep them and take another turn. If the cards don't rhyme, turn them back over and wait for your next turn.
I Declare Word (2 - 4 players) - students should have equal piles of flashcards face down. Each student in the group turns the top card in their deck face up. The student who has the longest word (most letters) and can read all of the words now face up, wins the pile. If they are unable to successfully read the words in the pile, the student with the next longest word gets to attempt to read the words in the pile. If multiple players have the same number of letters in the longest words, they each place their next 3 cards face down in the center saying: "I - DE - CLARE". Their fourth card is turned face up as they say: "WORD". Again, the winner has the longest word and can read all of the words face up in the center.
Forming Sentences (1 on 1) - turn X amount of cards face up. Allow the student to create and read aloud sentences using some of the words in front of them.
Nonsense Words and Silly Sentences - combine random flashcards to create and read nonsense words and/or silly sentences.
