This review game is fun and interactive for the entire class, it gets everyone involved.
You take the important topics from the chapter you are studying and make review questions. You tape or glue the questions to the outside of the envelopes. Inside the envelopes put the correct answers to the questions on the outside. The first person picks an envelope. They read the question aloud and then say there answer aloud for everyone to hear. If they answer the question correctly, they roll the dice. Then they move their game piece (can be anything of your choice). If they land on a chance card (I will send you my chance cards for free if you email me at Patrick.Kelsch@bracken.kyschools.us - you can modify them to whatever you choose), they draw a chance card. They have to comply with whatever the chance cards says. Then its the next person's turn. They continue doing this until one person reaches the finished square. You can continue doing this until all questions are answered as well. I have noticed an increase in test scores due to everyone being actively involved. Sure beats the lecture type reviews where some students just sit and do not participate.
