I created this “Fun with Phones!” activity to help my student’s improve their ability to communicate effectively. By using this activity, your students will have the opportunity to role play phone calls with a variety of stores/services in town (14 different locations) using a fun cell phone to increase motivation!

So many goals can be worked on with this activity including:
Pragmatic Language Skills: Practice turn taking, asking and answering questions appropriately, intonation, listening skills, maintenance of topic, greeting and ending conversations.
Fluency: Work on fluency, prosody and intonation.
Articulation Skills: Work on targeted phonemes in sentences and phrases.
Activities of Daily Living/Functional Communication: Target independence and telephone skills.
