Looking for a fun and unique way to engage students and use your classroom iPads this year?
I created this set of worksheets to work on some of the skills we have been working on such as syllable counting, identifying vowels, and writing sentences. Here is how it works: students will use an iPad with a QR code reader app (there are many free ones out there, just download a free one from the app store to use). After opening the app the students will scan the QR code. After they scan the code a word will pop up on their iPad. Then they can read the word, write it on the page, count the number of vowels and circle any vowels in the word. They will then circle the picture that identifies their word, draw a picture of their word, and then use the word in a sentence.
