The first page contains 21 questions providing the student with Function Notation Practice
. The first 12 questions ask the student to find a specific function value given a function written in function notation. The bottom 9 questions ask the student to find a specific function value from a graph.
Also included is another practice page containing more difficult functions such as quadratics. This page contains 20 more practice questions that can assess the student's understanding of applying the function notation concept to more difficult functions or could be used later during a quadratics unit.
