PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

This worksheet helps students practice with the concept of function notation and evaluating functions, in addition to answering a fun riddle based on their answers

- students are given three functions, in the notation of f(x), g(x) and h(x)
- students substitute the given values into the respective function, then evaluate
- each answer will correspond to a letter in the answer of the riddle "Why is six afraid of seven?"
- once all questions have been completed, the answer to the riddle will be shown

An answer sheet is included as a separate handout.
