Please note that this is two versions in one resource. If you prefer a simple printable PDF, you get it. If you would like a version to "Make a Copy" on Google Docs so that you can edit or add to Google Classroom for your students, you simply go to the very last page of the resource and click the link.
This is a fairly straightforward two-sided worksheet asking students to determine if a group of ordered pairs, an input-output table, or a graph are functions or not functions. There are 6 questions that ask them to determine if the information is a function using nothing but 5 ordered pairs. The next 6 are input-output tables, and the final 4 are graphs. Mixed in are 4 critical thinking questions. Two of them ask students to come up with an example of 5 ordered pairs that represent either a function or an example of something that is not a function, and two of them ask them to write, in their own words, how to determine if a list, table, or graph IS a function or is NOT a function. Thank you very much for your business should you determine that this resource is right for you.
