Description

Are you looking for clear and meaningful functional literacy tools? This set of 40 black-and-white worksheets are leveled for easy differentiation and focus on common signs typically taught as sight words. They are a strong addition to a life skills curriculum and lessons on environmental print. For students in special education, learning environmental print and functional sight words can significantly increase their independence.

Who Are They For?

They are great for any age and designed specifically for middle and high school students.

The worksheets are designed to go with my Read the Signs Task Cards and include the same 60 words that are in that set.

See the preview for a list of words included and examples.

How I Use Them

All of the worksheets are great for:

  • Students to practice comprehension while you are doing instruction with another student
