This is a 1-sided homework assignment with 12 questions total. The first 6 questions ask the student whether two given variables form a functional relationship (one is dependent on the other) or not. The bottom 6 questions ask the student to determine whether a given relation (table, set of ordered pairs, discrete graph or table) is a function or not and to explain their answer. Key included.
