As an elementary school special education teacher I am always looking for fun ways to incorporate functional skills and activities for daily living into my classroom.
I created this functional sequencing activity to allow my students to practice sequencing real life items using a visual.
This task allows students to follow a visual (similar to a job aid used in many real life job situations) to sequence 6 different types meals. This task can be used to build independence as it is self-checking and build 1:1 correspondence skills.
