My students and I tried to use this resource as an extension activity along with another but were not able to do so with alignment with our core ciriculum.

Loved this activity! Students were up and moving around and lots of 'math talk' happening as they were working. Great review of basic inverse functions, but still rigorous. The only reason I didn't give 5-stars is because everyone had to start at the same location. This made it difficult for the entire class to be doing it at the same time as they would all be crowded around the same few locations. I tweaked the wording a little so that students could start anywhere and then proceed through the clues without as much crowding, allowing them to end at the same location with the final clue.
