Product Description

This is a 3-page test with 27 questions over **functions, domain & range of relations, functions, discrete & continuous graphs, functional relationships and function notation**.

The first 6 questions ask the student to determine whether the given relation is a function or not. If it isn't, they are asked to explain why. Questions 7 & 8 ask the student to determine if the verbal description represents a functional relationship or not. Questions 9 through 11, the student is given a graph and asked to find 3 function values written in function notation from the graph.

Questions 13 & 14 ask the student to find a function value written in function notation. Questions 15 - 17 ask the student to determine the domain and range of each relation. Questions 18 & 19 give the student a real-world situation and asks them if the situation would be discrete or continuous and to find the domain and range.

On questions 20-25, the student is asked to find the domain and range of the given graph (one is discrete; the other 5 are continuous), Questions 26 & 27, the student is given a function such as f(x) = 3x - 4 and asked to find the range given 3 domain values.

**Two forms of the test are included as well as a key.** Can be completed in one class period.

**Need tests for the entire year? I've got you covered! Check out my Algebra 1 Tests Bundle**
