Looking for a fun, simple Halloween lesson to tap into students' creative side? Try Funny Ghosts! After reading Ghosts in the House by Kazuno Kohara, students are given the opportunity to reenact the antics of the main character, a witch who uses ghosts to decorate her house. Students will work in small groups to take a "ghost" (aka small sheet) and transform it into another object. Students will enjoy reading a fun Halloween story while being given an opportunity to tap into their creative side through play. This lesson is designed for primary students and takes minimal work and materials to implement.
