This is a fun and cool way to get your geometry students thinking about parallel and perpendicular lines, transversals, segments, rays, points, angles, etc. Five video links are presented from landmarks around the world (cross-curricular with social studies and history). As students watch each video, they make observations about the architecture of the structure. The five video link are included and range from 1-6 minutes (times are included on the links page). The teacher can present the videos to the class or have the students look the videos up on their computers individually or as a cooperative learning activity. Because the answers will vary with each student, no answer key is provided.
