GoMath has Chapter assessments and student tasks. I found it easier to staple the tasks for each chapter and make a student packet for the whole school year. I would review variations of the task with students first. Then, I would distribute the task packet and have students complete the task for the chapter we are up to. Then, I would score the task and use this handy template to record my scores. I referred to student scores when completing report cards and during parent teacher conferences to show which students mastered multi-step questions and which students needed more practice. This is a Word document, so you can type in your students' names.
