Assign vocabulary tests and practice worksheets in your Google™ Classroom or paperless environment using these self-grading forms.
Included in your download:
1) Word document containing links for each of the 72 Google Forms included - see below for a complete breakdown of forms.
2) 12-page How-To Guide for using these self-grading Google Forms.
This resource is simply the digital forms version of this resource:
I have set them up to be self-grading and included complete step-by-step instructions for use. Please note that this is an ADD-ON to my other Greek and Latin Roots Resources and not meant to be used as a program by itself.
For each of the 30 weekly lessons, these forms are included:
Activity 1 (20 questions)
Activity 2 (20 questions)
Activity 3 (20 questions)
Activity 4 (20-30 questions)
Test (30 questions)
*Modified Test (30 questions)
For each of the 6 unit reviews, these forms are included:
Unit Review (65 questions)
Unit Test (50 questions)
Forms are included by lesson as well as by individual root/affix.
Note that this is the digital version of my Practice and Assess Greek & Latin Roots, Prefixes, & Suffixes that can be found here as a PDF download.
This version does not include the PDF printables - they must be purchased separately at the link above. The Google Forms upgrades will not be part of any bundle. In lieu of a bundle, I've marked the digital version down substantially. You do not need the PDF printables to use this product but if you want to print them or have a print copy I do recommend it.
