The attached Word document is a probability bundle activity best suited for Grades 7-8, but could also be done in a Grade 6 classroom. Since it is a Word doc, you can modify any parts of the activity, if you wish, to suit the needs of your students.
In this bingo activity, students will predict the sum of 2 rolled dice and make such predictions onto their BINGO mat (provided in handout). The goal of this bingo activity is to have as many correct predictions and therefore, the first person to remove all their "predictions" from the BINGO mat wins.
This 3 page handout is formatted as follows:
Page 1 - BINGO mat where pieces will be placed (please note that game pieces are NOT included in the handout) and the instructions of the game, as it is slightly different than the average bingo
Page 2 - first follow-up activity: creating a table and graph
Page 3 - evaluation questions follow-up activity: these 4 evaluation questions ask students to think specifically about probability and outcomes of the game, the use (or no use) of strategy and its effectiveness, and lastly, what they have generally learned about probability
