GRAMMAR PRACTICE ASSIGNMENT: GRAMMAR APOCALYPSE
Let’s be honest, grammar is not always the most exciting topic for middle and high school students. Throw in a twist, and you will be amazed at how much more engaged your students will be in finding errors!
In this assignment, students learn that a bad grammar virus has recently broken out that is spreading at an alarming rate. An apocalypse is eminent. People who contract the virus turn into vicious grammar monsters who attack anyone using bad conventions. To protect themselves, students must correct the errors in apocalypse inspired examples to stay safe.
