Our K-5 Global Gateway lesson plans are student-centered and follow a PBI structure of:

-REFLECTING on the learning experience & REVISING the product of learning.
In the lesson, G.R.A.P.E.S., students will explore their family ancestry and cultural background through a rigorous research and analysis method that develops deep content knowledge.
1) Conduct research and create an online book to build knowledge about geography, religions, achievements, political/economic systems, educational system and social structure (G.R.A.P.E.S) of their country of origin.
