Graphing Equations using the slope and the y-intercept can be VERY difficult for our students. In order to make it easier for them (and for me, too!), I created this step-by-step lesson!! It worked wonders with my students!
The lesson is broken down into 2 parts:
Part A: WRITING Equations in Slope-Intercept Form (Solve for “y”)
Part B: GRAPHING Equations Using the Slope and the y-Intercept
Both parts include step-by-step instructions for the students with guided examples and practice problems. Use it as an introduction, a tool for re-teaching, or as a review.
Complete answer key included!
