Each of the gumball machines and gumballs are designed to be printed on A3 card. I print the gumball machines onto different coloured card to make for a bright display. You can either get the students to pick 4 colour pencils or crayons and colour in their 10 or 20 gumballs or get them to cut and paste 4 different colour gumballs, making sure they have 10 or 20 gumballs. I print off the coloured balls and give them to a group of 3 to use and share. The students select 4 colours and then cut out the ones they need. For example they might select 3 pink, 4 blue, 1 grey, 2 green, adding up to 10. They would then stick them on their gumball machines. It is important students only colour and cut 4 colours if you want to use the gumball chance and data worksheet that goes with the gumballs as there are 4 colour options on the sheet.
