Description
Are you looking for a quick way to appeal to your kinesthetic learners? How about a flexible method to get students discussing, collaborating, and thinking in an engaging way?
In this quick video tutorial, I'll share several tips for implementing and conducting gallery walks. A gallery walk gets students out of their chairs and actively involves them in synthesizing important concepts, in consensus building, in writing, and in public speaking. During a gallery walk, teams rotate around the classroom composing answers to questions as well as reflecting upon the answers given by other groups. Watch the tutorial to find out how you can have a successful gallery walk in your grade and subject!
In the supporting documents download, you'll find a couple of FREE ready-to-go handouts to help you implement and conduct a successful gallery walk in your classroom!
